Health Care Services
The Muskingum County Home is an intermediate long term care facility which offers twenty-four hour, three-hundred sixty-five-days-a-year care.
Many of our staff are seasoned employees with many years of nursing/nursing assistant experience.
The County Home takes a holistic approach to the care of our residents.
We take pride that we maintain the essential link between resident, family and physician.
Transportation to appointments is available at an additional cost.
Residents may use the services of our County Home Doctor, Dr. Kalchick who visits the home on a regular basis and is available to our nursing staff for consultation or they may choose to have their own doctor.
Doctor’s services are not included in the cost.
Barber Services
The barber visits the County Home the third Monday of each month at a charge of $8.00
Beauty Shop Services
The beautician visits the County Home each Tuesday morning. The cost of a wash, set, and comb out is $6.00
Cut is $12.00
Cost of a perm is $25.00
